We are engaged in the spinning processing of aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, and other materials that are commonly used in aerospace machinery. We can provide shorter lead times and lower prices compared to traditional forged products. Our achievements include rocket engine nozzles, rocket domes, rocket heat shields, and hemispherical or elliptical propellant tanks.

We provide epitaxial wafers that can manufacture high-efficiency triple-junction GaAs solar cells for space applications. By using these epitaxial wafers, it becomes possible to produce space solar cells with unique shapes and other features.

We provide standardized bus systems for ultra-small satellites, CubeSats, in sizes 1U, 1.5U, 3U, 6UXL, 8U, 12U, and 16U at low prices and with short delivery times. Users can launch satellites without the need for design and development on the bus side by attaching their mission equipment. Additionally, we can offer rental of existing ground station facilities that can be used for operations after launch. This is a two-axis solar sensor for ultra-small, lightweight, high-performance miniature satellites such as CubeSats. This solar sensor features a solar sensor mounted on a chip and is manufactured using MEMS technology. The field of view (FOV) is +/-60°.

Design and development of surface tension discharge mechanisms (PMD) for various types of propellant tanks used in artificial satellites. Conducted design and development of discharge functions that utilize the surface tension of propellants such as hydrazine, MMH, MON, NTO, and ADN to supply propellant to engines and thrusters in microgravity and zero-gravity conditions.

We design, develop, and provide various high-pressure tanks for aerospace applications. We design and develop composite/metal liner (COPV) and metal tanks that can store helium gas, nitrogen gas, xenon gas, and other gases at high pressure and lightweight for use in satellites and missiles. Additionally, we offer low-cost high-pressure gas tanks (2L, 4.7L, etc.) for small satellites.

We provide various types of propellant tanks for artificial satellites and rockets. The propellants include hydrazine, MMH, MON, NTO, ADN, and hydrogen peroxide. The discharge methods include bladder, diaphragm, and surface tension. Additionally, we can also offer aluminum tanks and domes for cryogenic rocket propellants.

We sell various types of ball bearings (rolling bearings) for aerospace applications. The features of these bearings include being made of ceramic or hybrid (ceramic and metal), which provides higher reliability, longer lifespan, greater corrosion resistance, and a wider range of applications compared to traditional metal bearings. We offer a variety of bearings, including ball bearings (deep groove ball bearings, angular ball bearings, etc.) and roller bearings. Additionally, we provide custom bearings for special applications such as rocket engines.

This is a high-efficiency solar cell module that can be used in concentrated solar power systems utilizing reflective mirrors. This module integrates a high-efficiency solar cell with a water cooling port to remove heat generated by concentration.

We are engaged in the development and sale of low-cost, high-performance thermal vacuum test chambers that can be used for thermal vacuum testing of space equipment such as satellites. We offer a variety of chambers, ranging from small chambers with numerous development achievements to large chambers capable of testing satellites with a diameter of up to 13 meters. Additionally, we can provide temperature environments and temperature control devices as well.

The ProtonX-Box avionics suite, which can be used for small satellites, onboard satellite equipment, rockets, etc., can accommodate custom requirements for various applications while optimizing size and power consumption. This maintains performance and, by utilizing a standard form factor, results in a low-cost, lightweight, and highly expandable solution.

By utilizing triple-junction GaAs solar cells with more than 1.5 times the conversion efficiency of conventional silicon-based solar cells, there are advantages in both efficiency and cost compared to traditional systems in large-capacity concentrated solar power systems.

This is a radiation-resistant single-board computer developed for space use, of course, for satellites and rockets. This computer significantly increases processing speed compared to conventional ones due to its use of commercial electronic components, and it can be offered at a lower price than traditional space components because it utilizes these commercial electronic parts. Furthermore, all the commercial electronic components used have been selected and tested by Space Commercial Parts to ensure they can be used for space applications.

Flexible high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells and high-efficiency triple-junction GaAs solar cells are utilized in numerous spacecraft such as artificial satellites. Solar panels using these solar cells are also provided. Additionally, flexible GaAs solar cells for space applications are also available.

A low-cost, high-performance star tracker that can be used as an attitude control sensor for ultra-small satellites (CubeSats). Its features include the use of commercial electronic devices, allowing for higher performance electronics compared to conventional space star trackers, and a radiation-resistant design.
