This is a compact and lightweight winch equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). It holds the load at the position where the workpiece is lifted. Additionally, it can be restarted from any position without releasing the brake, whether in forward or reverse rotation. Its lightweight and compact design allows for space-saving, and it has been adopted and well-received in various fields. In addition to the manual-only (SWM series) models, there are also electric tool drill driver-compatible (SWE series) models available. The load capacity ranges from 50 kg to 300 kg. Stainless steel models are available for clean rooms and vacuum equipment, and some models are also available in aluminum for further weight reduction. The manual-only models are dustproof. They can be widely used in places without power, for disaster response, energy-saving measures, defense and military applications, and explosion-proof measures. Since it is not a ratchet, it operates very quietly, making it suitable for nighttime work and environments such as hospitals, laboratories, and experimental sites. The stainless steel models are not only used in clean rooms but also widely adopted in marine and ship-related applications. The aluminum models are lightweight and very convenient for portability. They are rated IP65 and have been adopted in medical devices, food machinery, and defense and military applications. With easy operability and a safe structure that does not require a brake, they can be easily operated by women and the elderly, helping to alleviate labor shortages.

This is a compact inline reduction gear equipped with our company's self-locking mechanism (Shoji-Lock). For example, it can hold a load even if the movement is stopped during the ascent, rotation, or tilting of a device, making it suitable for requests to conduct experiments or work at a stopped position. Another feature is that while conventional worm reduction gears with self-locking functions require a considerable amount of space due to the input and output shafts being orthogonal, this design has the input and output shafts aligned (inline), allowing for a lightweight, smart, and compact design that can be easily integrated into various devices. The lineup can be selected based on output shaft torque and reduction ratio, with options available for output shaft torque ranging from 5 to 100 kgm (load × torque arm). Some products are also available in all stainless steel for cleanroom and vacuum equipment compatibility. The basic model features a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. Additionally, it can operate and hold loads even without power during emergencies. It is being introduced as a mechanical component in various fields, including defense and military, plant-related applications, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, automotive assembly lines, and equipment lid opening and closing. It is rated IP65, making it resistant to dust as well.

It holds the load at the stopped position while raising and lowering the workpiece. Furthermore, it can be restarted from any position without releasing the brake, whether in the upward or downward direction. Additionally, due to its lightweight and compact design, it saves space and has been adopted and well-received in various fields. Unlike traditional screw jacks, the rack type offers overwhelmingly faster ascent and descent speeds, characterized by its high efficiency and ease of operation. In addition to the manual-only (SLM series) models, there are also electric models (SLE series) that can be driven by power tools such as drill drivers. The surface comes standard with a black Teflon coating that is resistant to rust. It can be widely used for disaster preparedness, energy-saving measures, and defense/military applications without a power supply. It is also suitable for universities, research institutes, testing facilities, and explosion-proof measures. Recently, more customers have been considering it as an alternative to small hydraulic jacks, taking environmental issues into account. It is compatible with commercially available round rack rods (manufactured by KHK). (Rack rods are not included.)
