The "DIBUC" is a top-suction type centrifugal separator with a basket design that allows for the entire plant to be easily constructed with a sealed structure, as it utilizes a fully automatic upper-type centrifuge. It enables centrifugal separation and washing transport in an N2 gas environment. Since all operations are conducted in a sealed environment, there is no human contact with solvents or gases, improving the working environment. The spiral peeling mechanism pushes the crystals downward while intermittently scraping them off, achieving a significant reduction in processing time and an improvement in recovery rates compared to conventional products. Furthermore, it can scrape off crystals right up to the edge of the filter cloth, minimizing product loss.
