ADLINK's EPS slave system features a modular design compatible with third-party EtherCAT products, offering flexibility for high channel density, robust construction, ease of maintenance, and intelligent performance. Accurate time-deterministic control enables synchronization of critical I/O applications, while FPGA and ARM technology allow users to monitor not only the operating temperature and relay switching cycles for fully general-purpose motor drive control but also the state of the EPS modules and systems, including motion control states. Additionally, ADLINK's EtherCAT configurator enables automatic scanning and configuration between EtherCAT systems. The unique structure and electronic design of the EPS reduce repair time and support hot-swappable functionality. Its robust construction and operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C allow for operation in harsh environments.

The ADLINK PCIe-8338 is a hardware-based EtherCAT motion controller that can simultaneously support up to 64 synchronized axes and 10,000 points. The PCIe-8338 features not only general-purpose sensor inputs but also independent emergency stop inputs (EMG) with an input frequency of up to 1 MHz, as well as configurable isolated high-speed digital inputs. To optimize synchronized I/O performance for vertical automation applications such as semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, it provides optimal jitter control with a minimum cycle of 250 μs. The PCIe-8338 offers an Application Programming Interface (API) function library for generating multidimensional, highly synchronized, time-deterministic event-triggered motion and I/O control. Using ADLINK's API function library, a wide range of compatible third-party slaves can be easily designed. The ADLINK MotionCreatorPro 2 utility is fully compliant with the Microsoft Windows environment and allows for the configuration and functional evaluation of EtherCAT motion and I/O, as well as the compilation of program download functions.

The AMP-104C is a cost-effective 4-axis motion controller card equipped with a PCI Express interface that can generate pulse trains of up to 4.9MHz to control motors. With more versatile I/O and 4-channel encoder feedback inputs, the AMP-104C can be used in many scenarios and applications. As a motion controller, the AMP-104C allows for the setting of asymmetric acceleration and deceleration profiles. The AMP-104C can configure speed profile settings for asymmetric acceleration and deceleration, control T-shaped and S-shaped speed profiles, and select motion stop methods. It also supports speed changes on a single axis, linear interpolation on any two axes, and simultaneous start/stop across multiple axes.

The AMP-304C is an advanced 4-axis motion controller card with a PCI Express interface, capable of generating pulse trains up to 9.99MHz to control motors. Not only is it more versatile, but with dedicated I/O, functional logic selection switches, and 4-channel encoder feedback inputs, the AMP-304C can be used in many scenarios and applications. As a motion controller, the AMP-304C covers all the functions of the AMP-104C, providing asymmetric speed profile settings for T-curves and S-curves, options for stopping methods, and on-the-fly speed changes. It also supports linear, circular, and helical interpolation for any 2-4 axes, 13 types of home return modes, backlash compensation, and vibration suppression. It features a highly flexible position comparison trigger function and a position latch function. The trigger function includes 16-channel output with 4-channel dedicated output that allows voltage selection via onboard jumpers, while the position latch function can be implemented with 12-channel input.

The PCIe-9524 is a robust, multipurpose module designed for turnkey material testing systems (MTS). With four strain gauge full bridge converter input channels, four general-purpose analog input channels, and a three-axis motion controller, the PCIe-9524 provides MTS manufacturers with a complete hardware solution. The PCIe-9524 facilitates the easy integration of physical quantity measurements and implements software-based closed-loop control in a single module package. In converter measurements, the PCIe-9524 supports sensitivities from 1.0 mV/V to 4.0 mV/V and offers a full-scale measurement accuracy of 1/200,000 (when remote sense and auto-zero are enabled). These features make the PCIe-9524 suitable for precise measurements of large converters. The PCIe-9524 is also equipped with four 24-bit general-purpose analog input channels, enabling accurate measurements of LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) and linear wire potentiometer signals, achieving high-resolution displacement measurements.
