This is an automatic vacuum drying and baking device designed as a production machine. It is a vacuum drying device that pursues the reliability, durability, and operability required for production lines, while enabling high-temperature processing up to 650°C. This is an oil filtration system (oil-water separation device) that prevents oil deterioration inside vacuum pumps due to moisture. There are a total of four models in the Labmaster LM series and Hyperclean WS series, allowing for the selection of the most suitable equipment for your applications and environment.

The KS series is a Kinney-type oscillating piston oil rotary vacuum pump with a belt drive system. It is particularly suitable for large vacuum pumps, and we have developed nine models in the series ranging from 700 to 15,000 L/min. At the same time, due to its robust structure, it has gained a reputation for being a highly durable pump and is widely used as the main pump for various vacuum furnaces that require durability.

The water-sealed pump consists of a circular casing and an impeller, with the impeller mounted in an eccentric position relative to the casing. When an appropriate amount of sealing water is added to the casing and the impeller is rotated, as shown in the diagram, the mass of the sealing water forms a concentric ring along the inner wall of the casing due to centrifugal force. By utilizing the change in volume of the space enclosed by the inner wall of this sealing water ring and the blades of the impeller as the impeller rotates, the actions of suction, compression, and exhaust are continuously performed through the suction and exhaust ports provided on the side wall or the inner wall of the impeller. Furthermore, efficient exhaust is achieved through high-speed rotation. Additionally, the sealing water serves as a seal to ensure that the gas being drawn in is always exhausted.

The use of Teflon-based components in the vacuum chamber demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance against the suction of organic solvent gases and corrosive gases.

This is a vacuum pump used when a high vacuum degree is required, capable of achieving 10^-5 Pa at a low cost. It exhausts to high vacuum regions through a supersonic jet stream generated by heated diffusion oil being ejected from a nozzle. It cannot operate alone and is used in combination with an oil rotary vacuum pump as a backing pump. Additionally, products that are combined into an exhaust set are listed as "high vacuum exhaust devices," so please refer to that.
