The manual safety device is a mechanism that utilizes the downward movement of a slide to pull a cord, thereby pulling the hand of a worker wearing a wristband away from the danger zone. It is effective against issues such as double drops or unexpected drops of the slide, as it is mechanically linked to the slide's descent. Although it has a primitive mechanism, it is a reliable safety device. The DT/DF type of this safety device meets the press safety device structural standards and has passed the certification of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
