We would like to introduce an improvement case for a height adjustment jig for three points of parts used in the assembly process of a toy manufacturer. The challenge was that the workability for height adjustment of the three points on the top surface of the plate was not good. Therefore, we attached the assembly platform used during assembly to a rotating stage. We would like to introduce an improvement case of a burr inspection jig used in the inspection process of a resin molding manufacturer. The challenge was that it was difficult to inspect due to hand shake since the workpiece was held by hand. To address this, we used an inclined stage to correct the tilt. Additionally, a work guide was attached to the inclined stage to allow for smooth changes of the holes being inspected. This enabled more stable inspections compared to the previous method of holding the workpiece by hand.
