Iso Wool BSSR board is a high-temperature insulation board formed by adding organic and inorganic binders to biocompatible fibers (AES wool). It can be used as lining and backup material for various industrial furnaces, including high-temperature electric furnaces.

Iso Wool BSSR blocks are modular block products made by cutting (or folding) biodegradable fibers (AES wool) and compressing them in layers. By compressing and layering the blankets, the density can be increased and the thermal conductivity can be reduced. Types of Blocks: - Uni Block: Block product made by cutting and compressing blankets in layers. - Saver Block: Block product made by folding blankets in an accordion shape and compressing them in layers. - HS Block (Sewn Block): Block product made by cutting blankets and modularizing them through sewing. ■ Fitting (TYPE-S): A type where support fitting fixing stud bolts are pre-welded to the steel sheet, and metal support fittings are attached with nuts and washers to secure the block. ■ Fitting (TYPE-M): A type where the support fitting and block are integrated and fixed from the inside of the furnace with a special nut. ■ Fitting (TYPE-T): A type where the support fitting and block are integrated and fixed with a nut on the outside of the casing.

It is a biocompatible dissolvable fiber (AES wool) with the following properties: - It is resistant to high temperatures. - It has high thermal insulation properties. - It is lightweight and has low heat storage capacity. - It is chemically stable. - It can withstand rapid heating and cooling. In addition to heat resistance and thermal insulation, it has excellent filling properties and resistance to thermal shock, making it suitable for use as a filler for expansion compensation, as backup insulation for various industrial furnaces, and as a raw material for various secondary processed products. - Filling density guideline: Generally, it can be filled and used in the range of 60 to 250 kg/m³, according to the desired density.

Isolite mortar is widely used in the construction of fireproof insulating bricks, adapted to various characteristics such as diatomaceous earth types and clay types, those with high and low bulk density, and those with open or sealed pore structures. It possesses suitable fire resistance and has properties such as minimal shrinkage and expansion during drying and sintering, which enhances the efficiency of construction.

Silica boards can be used for long periods at 650°C, while super boards can be used at 1000°C. In particular, Super Board L is an ultra-lightweight product with a bulk density of 0.155 or less, made using a manufacturing method called "active slurry method," which involves shaping and drying "active slurry" synthesized by hydrothermal processes. Compared to bricks, they are larger, have higher insulation and workability, significantly improving work efficiency. Additionally, we offer options with water-repellent surfaces and overall water-repellent properties (overall water-repellent is available only for Super Board and Super Board L) according to the application.
