Our company specializes in "precision sheet metal processing." We have been using laser processing machines for many years and possess extensive knowledge and skills. In prototype processing, we face different challenges daily, but we tackle these issues using our unique technologies and knowledge while engaging in the processing work. The products we manufacture mainly involve prototype processing for copying machines. Additionally, we produce a wide range of related components for medical devices, aerospace, robots, tableware, and more. We also provide examples of precision sheet metal processing. The processing methods vary depending on the product and application, so please feel free to contact us. [Examples of Precision Sheet Metal Processing (Excerpt)] ■ Product Application: Copying Machine Related Sample ■ Material/Thickness: SPCC t1.0mm ■ Main Processing Steps: Stacking type processing, bending (including R bending), bar tapping *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company conducts "pressless forming processing," which combines incremental forming with our unique layered molds, unlike traditional press processing. By adding reinforcement in the form of beads on flat surfaces, we can improve strength without changing the sheet thickness. Furthermore, it is also possible to reduce the thickness of the sheet and achieve weight reduction without altering strength. Additionally, we introduce examples of bead processing that are very close to the actual mold using the pressless forming method. 【Features】 ■ Reinforcement by adding bead processing to parts ■ Improved strength without changing sheet thickness ■ Possibility of reducing sheet thickness and achieving weight reduction ■ A processing method that integrates incremental forming with our unique layered molds ■ Reinforcement with suitable shapes can be achieved quickly and at low cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur precision sheet metal processing technology surpasses the emerging precision sheet metal processing technologies of East Asian countries in three aspects: (1) speed, (2) cost, and (3) environmental friendliness. Typically, molds that cost between 500,000 to 1,000,000 yen and have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks can be made in China for 100,000 yen with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. However, at our company, we can complete them for 60,000 yen with a lead time of just 3 to 4 days. Naturally, this short lead time also results in CO2 emissions during development being less than a quarter of what they would normally be. If the same cost and time are invested, it becomes possible to repeat prototypes several times, thereby increasing accuracy. <Technology for forming shapes without a die: "Pressless Forming Method"> The new technology we have developed, called 'Pressless Forming' (sheet metal forming without using a press), combines the craftsmanship of sheet metal processing we have cultivated over many years, our unique layered technology, and the technology for forming without a die. This method, also known as "Shibori Sheet Metal" or "Pressless Shibori," is ideal for prototypes, custom products, small lot items, and products or parts that have already been discarded due to obsolete molds.
