Temperature-controlled stage probe 'MTP-100'

Rapid cooling with forced air cooling by a cooling fan! Uses a heat-resistant probe with a temperature resistance of 300°C for 30 minutes.

The "MTP-100" is a two-probe tester with a temperature control stage. It allows for electrical measurements while changing the temperature of the sample.
