This is a PCD-specific diamond powder made from high-intensity, high-purity diamonds, featuring low impurity content on the surface, regular crystal structure, good thermal stability, wear resistance, and a concentrated particle size distribution, processed with specialized techniques.

It is a nano-diamond powder with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. The crystals are not sharp and are spherical in shape, with surfaces that have oxygen and nitrogen functionalities. It is a stable, high-purity nano-diamond powder with low impurity content, ultra-high strength and toughness, and excellent shape and surface performance.

Generally, nickel (Ni), titanium (Ti), and copper (Cu) are used as three types of chemical elements. Metal is plated on the surface of diamond and CBN to effectively enhance holding power, provide good heat dissipation, prevent carbide formation during high-speed cutting, alleviate thermal shock, and prevent oxidation and graphitization. This results in a coating of diamond micron powder with a metal layer that is uniform in thickness and dense nickel layer formed on the surface of the diamond.
