Generally, it is said that in order to anodize cast products and die-cast products, "the current and voltage must be increased" to achieve a sufficient film thickness. If the film thickness is uneven, corrosion will occur even after anodizing. Tomisho Anodizing performs anodizing at high current (high voltage), allowing the necessary electricity to flow through cast and die-cast products, resulting in a uniform film thickness that makes the products less prone to corrosion. 【Measurement Method】 - Device Name: CYP-90 (Sugawara Testing Machine Co., Ltd.) - Test Conditions: 5% saltwater spray, tank temperature 35℃ - Test Duration: 72 hours After 72 hours of neutral saltwater spray testing, the samples were washed with a brush using running water at a temperature below 40℃ in accordance with JIS Z 2371, and immediately dried. Upon visual inspection of the samples, no discoloration such as rust was observed in any of the samples.
