A small refrigeration unit that achieves a minimum temperature of 50K and a maximum applied magnetic field of 3T, known as the Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS). It is a refrigerant-free type, requires no cooling water, weighs approximately 90 kg, and operates on a single-phase 200V power supply.

Even if it is directly screwed onto the vibration isolation table, the vibrations to the sample and the equipment on the isolation table are very small, below 5 nm. It is equipped with a laptop, software, temperature controller, diaphragm pump, cryopump, GM refrigerator, and air-cooled compressor, allowing for automatic temperature control and vacuum pumping of the sample chamber.

The "Cryogen-Free FT-NMR" from Japan Quantum Design is a permanent magnet type NMR operating at 60MHz/90MHz that does not require the costly operational expenses of liquid helium and liquid nitrogen. The 60MHz model is a cryogen-free NMR that can be maintained without the need for filling liquid helium and liquid nitrogen, making it suitable for everyday analyses, including educational purposes, food quality control, and synthetic chemicals. The "Auto Correlator / Cross Correlator" from Japan Quantum Design is a digital correlator designed for pulse input photon detection in various experimental methods. This product features one of the highest measurement ranges among commercially available devices, equipped with multi-tau correlation and linear digital correlation algorithms. "VAHEAT" is a high-precision temperature control unit for optical microscopes.
