The finishing of each series is typically done with a standard buff polishing finish, except for some products, but electropolishing is possible to enhance sanitary properties and corrosion resistance. Electropolishing is a method that smooths the surface of stainless steel by chemically and electrically dissolving metal ions from the metal surface in an electrolytic solution. This results in a uniform and high-quality finish. Electropolishing can be applied to almost all parts that come into contact with liquids, including containers and sanitary components.

You can perform passivation treatment on stainless steel containers and custom sanitary fittings, among others. By conducting passivation treatment as the final finishing of the product, corrosion resistance is improved. Passivation treatment allows for the maintenance of rust-resistant and beautiful products.
