This is a crusher that continuously processes the ears of sheets discharged from an extrusion molding machine and the skeletons discharged from a vacuum forming machine. Its compact design means it does not require much installation space. It can be integrated into the molding line for automatic operation and can accommodate the intermittent movement of sheets. It is capable of crushing even when molded products are attached due to miscuts. An inlet for processing defective molded products is also provided. Thanks to its unique comb-tooth type crushing blades, it can crush materials uniformly, and the crushed particles can be directly fed back into the molding machine for recycling. When the cover is opened, the crushing blades and grinding blades are fully visible, allowing for perfect cleaning during material changes. Additionally, its screenless structure prevents clogging.
