Aiming to systematize food processing machines and confectionery machines to bring more delicious happiness to more people.

Kajihara is a leading company in the production of "heating stirrers," which are essential for the seasoning process in food ingredient processing and ready-to-eat food processing, as well as machines that create "anko," the lifeblood of Japanese sweets. The biggest challenge in mass-producing food is how to consistently reproduce the flavor of handmade products. Kajihara understands and expresses the key points of ingredient processing and, by mechanizing them, serves the industrial production of food and confectionery manufacturers, earning their strong trust. Additionally, we are currently challenging new areas of food processing, such as the development of heating and cooling kettles with emulsifying functions and cooking machines for ingredients that are prone to burning. We have established a mass production test center in Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture, and have set up a service system with seven sales offices across the country, from Hokkaido to Kyushu.
