The spiral water pipe sprue bush is an item that enables temperature control in the challenging sprue section of plastic injection molding. Through metal light shaping and composite processing, a highly efficient spiral water pipe is integrated into the sprue bush, allowing for direct temperature control of the sprue section. This contributes to reducing cooling time in injection molding, increasing cycle speed, stabilizing the quality of molded products, and ultimately lowering total costs.
