We are currently developing materials for various environments. Recently, similar products to NF Metal have emerged, so please be cautious. In such cases, please compare them with our NF Metal products; there will be significant differences in powder generation and crack resistance. The product names of NF Metal directly adopt the names of fruits used in the development project.

The Miracle Pillow is a product made from NF metal (Deitz material) shaped into a cylindrical form. It maintains lubrication from low temperatures (100°C) to high temperatures (approximately 800°C) in a vacuum. For information about Deitz material, please search for "self-lubricating composite materials for vacuum" on this site. Deitz material uses tungsten disulfide as the lubricating component. There is a difference in strength and dust generation compared to similar products that use molybdenum disulfide. Please be cautious. The shapes available are MLP-030 (φ8.5×9L), MLP-040 (φ11×9L), and MLP-050 (φ14.5×10L).

This is a quartz crystal for a QCM-type thickness monitor, widely used in vacuum deposition processes such as evaporation and sputtering devices. The frequencies are 5 MHz and 6 MHz, and the electrode film materials are gold (Au) and silver (Ag). We also accept recycling for our products.

As vacuum ball bearings, there are 1. silver-lead coated products, 2. polymer coated products, and 3. molybdenum disulfide coated products, but in terms of lifespan, NF bearings surpass all of these. Heat resistance largely depends on the base material of the bearings, but in terms of the heat resistance of the lubricants, NF bearings also outperform all of these. We take pride in being able to offer our products at a lower price compared to ball bearings 1 to 3. For high-speed rotation, we accommodate with NF metal using either a crown-type or a pressed-out type retainer.

F metal is inexpensive because it can be manufactured through vacuum sintering without using hot pressing. Its characteristics are as follows: 1. It has good machinability, allowing for various applications in parts. 2. It can be used in the atmosphere up to 800°C. 3. Depending on the counterpart material, load, and speed, the friction coefficient is generally around 0.1 to 0.2. 4. It has a very low specific wear rate (10-8 mm³/kg·mm). 5. It demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance to weak acids, organic acids, seawater, and alkalis. 6. It can also be supplied in the form of ball bearings.
