When the output is turned ON/OFF, it gradually reaches the required voltage. This protects loads such as piezo actuators. By equipping an expansion unit, closed-loop control is also possible. With the inclusion of a USB interface, control from a PC is also possible. The expansion unit and interface allow us to meet various requests.

By equipping our standard piezo driver M-2629 series with the M-5106 servo unit, feedback control of the piezo stage using up to three-axis strain gauge sensors is possible. Furthermore, by incorporating the capacitive displacement sensor M-2218, feedback control using capacitive displacement sensors is also achieved. It can be mounted on a JIS rack and is compatible with "piezo with built-in strain gauge sensors (from various manufacturers)."

You can select a model that meets your requirements from the models (2501-1/2502-1/2503), and we believe we can accommodate almost all requests, from low-speed stage drives (below several tens of Hz) to high-speed, high-current drives. We can also respond to requests for the number of channels, shapes, and other special options. An option is also available to use a displacement sensor for position feedback.
