The "G Core" and "M Core" have special surface treatments that enhance the surface hardness of the core and minimize surface waviness, addressing issues like winding wrinkles and tendencies during film winding. The "Clean Core," in addition to the features of the "G Core" and "M Core," minimizes dust generation from the core. It has a proven track record in clean rooms and is widely used as a core for films in pharmaceutical and food packaging. The "Plastic Core" is manufactured through injection molding and exhibits excellent roundness and straightness. It has minimal core wobble during winding, allowing for increased film winding speed, leading to improved work efficiency and cost reduction. The "Step Core" and "SS Core" have added cushioning on the surface and are processed with steps to match the film thickness.
