The "Precision Multi-Channel Filling Device" is a filling machine that allows for high-precision filling while considering corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for cleaning. The filling section is compatible with all stainless steel (SUS303), and particularly for parts in contact with liquids, it can also be made from SUS316L, which has excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, for the management of chemicals and food products, the filling section is designed for easy disassembly and assembly, making it easy to clean thoroughly. Designed with 10 channels, it is more cost-effective than arranging multiple single units. ◆ The achievements of our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" with its unique insert molding system have earned high praise from many customers, being referred to as the "Pentel of inserts." ◆ It is possible to build a total system from injection molding molds to insert molding and inspection in the subsequent processes. ◆ Our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" can operate independently with two (double tool) or up to three (triple tool) hands as standard. It can handle multiple tasks in one round trip, achieving a reduction in cycle time. ◆ Our in-house developed SCARA robot "PUHA" is specialized for inserts and employs a hybrid drive of compressed air and electric power on the Z-axis.
