Our company has been involved in the development of the FANUC RoboDrill control system since last year, adding a robot interface specification to the FANUC RoboDrill and establishing a robot transport control system for the RoboDrill. We have successfully built an unmanned operation system by performing the main transport of the RoboDrill from the FANUC robot while relaying through an automatic operation control panel. With the ability to edit the PMC circuit of the FANUC RoboDrill NC device, as well as make changes to the robot program and edit the control panel circuit, we can achieve comprehensive setup and adjustments, which is our strength in compactness. We will contribute to the construction of next-generation production equipment through the support of diverse processing products and labor-saving compact production lines.

However, we require 3D images to be provided, so we need the understanding and cooperation of companies that can assist us. With that in mind, we can create and verify data for on-site use. Currently, if we have 3D data of the workpiece, we can also conduct image verification of the vision in advance, which allows for a reduction in man-hours on-site. This reduces trial and error in the field and enables a quicker setup.

In the fiscal year 2006, we introduced RoboGuide and began working on creating offline programs. Regarding the teaching of other handled robots, we have: 1) FANUC, 2) Yaskawa, 3) DENSO, and 4) others. As for the introduction status of robot CAD, we have: 1) FANUC RoboGuide, 2) DENSO WinCAPS-2 (the latest WinCAPS-3 can be provided by the client), and others are under consideration.
