With the increase in the capacity of power transmission systems and the expansion of electronics in automobiles and railways, current measurement is also being required to accommodate large currents. There are two methods for measuring current: one involves breaking the circuit, and the other uses sensors to measure without breaking the circuit. The method that breaks the circuit allows for wideband measurement and provides highly accurate data, but it is not easy to break large current circuits and can sometimes be dangerous.
