![]() Nano-sized zeolite Zeoal ZSM-5
10,000 yen-100,000 yen |
**About Nano-sized Zeolite Zeoal** Zeolite is a crystalline compound primarily composed of silica and alumina, known for its use as an adsorbent and ion exchange agent. It has a porous skeletal structure similar to a sponge, and by reducing its size to the nanoscale, it has increased external surface area and particle count, leading to improved adsorption speed, enhanced dispersion stability, and the ability to be added to confined spaces. Our nano-sized zeolite "Zeoal" has been developed through a collaborative research project with the University of Tokyo, focusing on the "Crushing and Recrystallization Process" (which is now patented). In 2019, we received recognition from JST for the successful establishment of "Manufacturing Technology for Zeolite Nanoparticles" under the A-STEP program, and there are expectations for its expansion into more industrial applications as a new functional material. | When added to the film, it can provide two new functions, "transparency and thin film," in addition to the moisture absorption function, and it can also be offered in the form of resin pellets that make nano-sized zeolites easier to use for film applications. | |
