We are primarily engaged in processing superhard materials and are developing multiple businesses. The details are as follows: 1. We conduct high-precision processing for harder materials. Our main applications include precision parts with wear resistance and electronic component mounting machines. We also sell our self-developed automatic nozzle cleaning devices. 2. We are involved in the development and sales of diamond wire for semiconductors and manufacturing equipment. 3. We are working on the mass production of a new business involving the nanosizing technology of zeolites for various applications.
Business Activities
1. 【Special Precision Machinery Business】 - We manufacture and sell highly wear-resistant, long-life parts made from PCD and hard materials, as well as suction nozzles used in electronic component mounting machines. We also sell our self-developed automatic nozzle cleaning device, which is environmentally friendly and uses only water and air for cleaning, eliminating the need for solvents. - We sell "flow-type" microreactor devices that conduct chemical reactions in spaces of less than 1mm per side, used in research and development of new drugs. Compared to conventional batch-type devices, these have the advantages of better energy efficiency, energy saving, and safety. 2. 【Electronic Materials Slicing Peripheral Business】 - We develop and sell diamond wires for slicing silicon wafers. Additionally, we have developed and are selling a new type of diamond wire manufacturing device called "PHX-01." 3. 【New Business】 - We are nano-sizing micro-sized zeolites. By significantly enhancing performance while retaining conventional functionality, we expect various applications to emerge.
