The automatic nozzle cleaning machine "MAC-III" uses a two-fluid cleaning technology that cleans with only water and air, eliminating the need for any solvents. All that is required is a small amount of water and air. With a touch panel, anyone can easily operate it, ensuring consistent cleaning quality regardless of the operator. Additionally, dedicated holders compatible with various nozzles prevent contact between nozzles. The use of twin nozzles has reduced cleaning time to about half of conventional methods. With powerful cleaning capabilities, it removes solder and dirt that adhere to the surface of nozzles and the nozzle openings, which traditional cleaning methods (ultrasonic cleaning) cannot eliminate.
