Achieve lower costs than cutting processes! The production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is realized with a 3D printer!

In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is mainstream for large lots, while machining is the norm for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments produced by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Additionally, with 3D printing, it is possible to create hollow or honeycomb structures internally, enabling material cost reduction and weight savings compared to machining, which can only produce solid forms. 【Features】 ■ Weight reduction: It is possible to achieve weight savings by creating hollow or honeycomb structures! ■ Cost-effectiveness: There is no material waste from machining, making it economically advantageous! ■ Precision: Production is possible at the intermediate level of JISB0405! Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for airtight pieces for building components.
