The "SmaPri Sonic 8K XM" is a light-curing 3D printer equipped with a monochrome 8K LCD. With a maximum build size of W330xD185xH400mm and the capability of 8K high-resolution output, it faithfully reproduces the details of the printed objects. In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is mainstream for large lots, while machining is the norm for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments produced by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Proposal for problem-solving with the introduction of 3D printers! Introducing examples of cost reduction in mass production.

Our company has introduced 3D printers and primarily offers products related to extrusion molding from design to mass production. We received a request for airtight pieces for building components. [Speaker] Mr. Itsuki Wakayama, Project General Manager, Technology Promotion Unit, Low Carbon Solutions Division, INPEX Corporation [Key Lecture Content] The greatest advantage of synthetic methane production through CO2 methanation technology is that it enables decarbonization without significant additions or modifications to all existing natural gas and city gas infrastructure. At INPEX, after two NEDO commissioned projects, we have been conducting the development of practical application technology with a capacity of 400 Nm3-CO2/h, one of the largest in the world, as a subsidized project by NEDO since the fiscal year 2021. By the fiscal year 2025, we aim to achieve the injection of synthetic methane produced during the demonstration operation of the test facility.
