シーメット シーメット 本社
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of our products. We exhibited at "JIMTOF 2022," held at Tokyo Big Sight from November 8 (Tuesday) to November 13 (Sunday), 2022. We sincerely thank the many customers who visited our booth (AM129). This was our first time exhibiting at JIMTOF, and we showcased a variety of products, including "low-cost photopolymer resin," "chemical polishing solutions for castings and metal 3D printer models," "introduction of Cerion from Cubicure," "applications of sand mold 3D printers," "contract services for sand molds," and "introduction of a new photopolymerization device scheduled for release in 2023." As a domestic industrial 3D printer manufacturer, we presented a diverse range of exhibits related to manufacturing support. We apologize for any shortcomings in our explanations during the event, but if you have any requests or questions regarding our exhibition content, please feel free to contact us. We will continue to strive to meet your expectations. We kindly ask for your continued support. 【Requests, Questions, and Inquiries】 Cmet Corporation Sales Department TEL: 045-478-5561 WEB: http://www.cmet.co.jp

3D Printer for Casting Molds and Cores 'SCM Series'

Casting × 3D Printer "Mold" and "Core" 'SCM Series' capable of supporting everything from prototype development to mass production! Supported by equipment, materials, and software.

The "SCM Series" is a 3D printer for casting that produces "casting molds" and "cores" using sand molds. It utilizes a 3D printer for casting that employs an inkjet method with "dry artificial sand." By discharging resin into dry artificial sand (produced by GunEi Chemical Industry) and curing it, it enables the high-precision production of complex-shaped cores and molds. - The production time for casting prototypes can be significantly reduced. Since model production is unnecessary, the time required for prototype production, which previously took about a month, can be greatly shortened. - It is possible to reduce model production costs. Direct sand mold production from 3D (CAD/scanner) data eliminates the need for model production and storage space for wooden molds. If shape changes are necessary, production can be done immediately after data modification. - The simultaneous production of various similar items with different shapes and dimensions reduces lead time in the prototyping stage. It is possible to simultaneously produce items with different shapes that require verification of shapes and dimensions, such as aggressive method models. 【Features】 ■ Total support for equipment, materials, and software ■ Sales track record to casting manufacturers and casting prototype manufacturers ■ Development achievements for high-value-added products from aluminum to stainless steel ■ Reduction of troublesome sand removal work due to dry materials ■ Reuse of uncured sand (recovered sand) is possible ■ Material development tailored to user needs

[Seminar] The Resource Circulation Market Aimed for by NTT Circulust

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Mr. Takaki Miyazaki, President and CEO of NTT Circulast Corporation Director Ms. Saori Koga [Key Lecture Content] Resource circulation is becoming increasingly important from the perspectives of decarbonization and resource security, with rising expectations particularly for non-ferrous metals such as copper. However, there is a challenge in that the "flow of goods" supporting resource circulation and the "flow of information" conveying their value are disconnected, leading to insufficient communication of characteristics such as the origin of recycled materials and environmental impact, resulting in the circulation value not being properly recognized and evaluated in the market. In this lecture, we will introduce the background behind the establishment of NTT Circulast by NTT and Mitsubishi Materials, as well as the business concept that connects the flow of information and goods. Additionally, we will discuss future prospects for realizing a market where circulation value is chosen, taking into account trends in international standardization (ISO).

[Seminar] Why is it that the strategy is correct but the results are not improving?

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Mr. Kimihiro Horiuchi, President and CEO of Data Driven Consulting Inc. [Key Lecture Content] We are confident in the strategies created in collaboration with our internal elite and external consultants. However, we are not achieving the results we desire. Many companies facing such challenges share a common issue: a lack of execution power to realize their strategies. On the other hand, when we talk about increasing execution power, it involves complex factors such as sales, human resources, organization, and marketing, making it difficult to find effective solutions. In this lecture, we will introduce a method for building an organization with overwhelming execution power by thoroughly refining the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, which should be practiced by everyone, aimed at business owners and middle management who are struggling with such concerns.
