The device generates chlorine dioxide gas from the supplied chlorine dioxide water and releases it from the arch. The supplied chlorine dioxide water is activated by a variable bubbling function to produce chlorine dioxide gas. The concentration of the generated gas is determined by an external measuring device and is released until it reaches the pre-set spatial gas concentration.
