This product is a spur gear used in the valve for switching the flow path of the cooling module for BEVs. By combining sintered materials with unique heat treatment technology, it achieves both high strength and high airtightness, addressing the issues of strength and wear resistance that were challenges with resin gears. Additionally, to tackle the airtightness issues caused by the pores inherent in sintered parts, high airtightness has been secured by optimizing the steam treatment conditions, enabling mass production.
