Automating polishing operations with robots. By combining a 3D camera and automatic path generation software, let the robot handle the polishing tasks!

The robot polishing system, CraftMate, offered by Denmark's Nordbo Robotics, which is advancing in "No Code Robotics." It automates the processes of polishing metal parts like car bodies and doors, resin components like bumpers, and wood materials such as furniture and kitchens, which were previously done manually, using collaborative robots and industrial robots. A 3D camera and software automatically generate the robot's trajectory, allowing for the construction of polishing applications even in the absence of a teaching operator.

Nordbo Robotics' 6-axis force sensor is a highly rigid and robust sensor, ideal for acquiring and controlling force perception with excellent reliability and reproducibility.

Even when exposed to external forces, the NRS-6 series has minimal sensor deformation, making it ideal for applications that require high precision. A kit that uses the robotic arm from Universal Robots, a pioneering company in collaborative robots, to mimic the movements of the operator in a more intuitive way.

Unlike conventional teaching that connects points, it continuously captures human movements and converts them into robot movements. UR+ certified.
