PlasmaTalk Special Project: Collaboration Webinar × Fraunhofer IFAM "Effects and Possibilities of Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Treatment under Controlled Atmosphere Gas"

"The Effects and Possibilities of Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Treatment Under Controlled Ambient Gas"
The quality requirements for high-value-added products such as copper foil for fuel cells and battery cells, as well as various electronic components, have been steadily increasing, leading to more advanced and stringent demands. While leveraging the advantages of atmospheric pressure plasma, such as high processing capability, non-use of vacuum equipment, and ease of maintenance, how can we meet these strict requirements?
Atmospheric pressure plasma treatment is typically conducted under atmospheric conditions, but when the oxygen content of the surrounding atmosphere affects the treatment effectiveness of atmospheric pressure plasma, "controlling the ambient gas during treatment" becomes key. To further expand the application of atmospheric pressure plasma treatment, we will introduce developments on the equipment side and provide a summary of verification effects.
【Webinar Topics】
- Plasma treatment under atmospheric conditions vs. under controlled ambient gas
- Challenges and prospects for conducting atmospheric pressure plasma treatment under ambient gas control
