There are float-type level gauges for measuring liquids, but the electrode type allows customers to easily set the detection position by cutting or connecting the electrodes. If the liquid is conductive, there is a wide variety of electrode materials available, making it possible to measure even high concentrations of acids and alkalis. You can specify the use of coated tubes such as PVC or Teflon for the electrodes, so there is no concern about conductivity due to liquid pooling. Additionally, there are electrode types available that can be used under high temperature and high pressure conditions, which are typically difficult to measure with standard types, so please feel free to contact our sales office for inquiries. This is a capacitive level switch that can be used for various applications with over 1,000 types of electrode shapes and special circuits. It reliably detects even in the following situations: 1. For measurement objects with electrode adhesion or deposits, unique correction functions ensure that adhesion and deposits are not detected. 2. For use in areas with severe vibrations, it is equipped with amplification separation and vibration-resistant measures. 3. For corrosive measurement objects, Teflon-coated electrodes can be used (depending on the measurement conditions). 4. There are no issues with installing multiple units in the same tank (however, if the installation spacing is short, interference countermeasures are required). 5. If you want to detect interfaces, it can be adapted by referring to the relative permittivity of the two liquids, provided the conditions are met. 6. For use in areas with significant temperature differences, there is a condensation prevention specification (indoor use only, with air holes). 7. If you want to confirm ON/OFF without going to the site, there is a version with a visible operation indicator light. 8. If chattering causes frequent ON/OFF repetitions, the ALN type comes standard with an ON delay function (an OFF delay option is also available).
