We would like to introduce a case where a manufacturer of automotive parts solved their challenges by introducing a new machining center and wire electrical discharge machine. The manufacturer was struggling with the inability to produce high-precision products despite creating punches and dies through three-dimensional processing to accommodate the miniaturization and complex shapes of products. They faced issues not only with defects but also with the inability of conventional measuring instruments to adequately measure shapes, making it impossible to guarantee precision. In public works, not only the quality of the finished product but also safety measures, environmental considerations, and the use of new technologies are important efforts at the site. Hyper CLT panels are civil engineering materials that make it easy to explain these efforts to clients. They utilize wood CLT and can be widely used in access roads, worker pathways, material yards, and heavy machinery work areas. They are also characterized by the clarity of their intended purposes, such as addressing summer glare, noise reduction, CO2 fixation, and consideration for the landscape. Furthermore, Hyper CLT panels are registered as a technology under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's NETIS system as "TH-250021-A." As a NETIS registered technology, they are also easy to incorporate into proposals for the use of new technologies and creative ideas. It goes beyond just "using wood" to being able to explain what effects were aimed for in addressing site challenges. This is the strength of Hyper CLT panels, which are also easily evaluated by government offices. As a new initiative combining civil engineering and CLT, their use in public works is expanding.

Air Leak Tester for Micro Volume Work 【FLZ-0220-A4+LPU-300】 This is the FLZ-0220, a separate type leak tester designed for controlling the pneumatic unit LPU-300. It features a high-performance controller "FLZ-0220" and an ultra-compact detection unit "LPU-300" that minimizes the piping volume to the limit, allowing it to be placed very close to the test specimen (inspection target: workpiece). This combination detects "micro leaks," which were previously buried in noise with conventional testers, with high precision and speed. The 【LPU-300 series】 is the smallest measurement unit in Fukuda's history, making it ideal for direct attachment to as small a workpiece as possible for measurement.
