The Collo Liquid Analyzer from ColloidTek is a liquid sensor that continuously and in real-time measures liquids during the production process. It detects homogenization, aggregation, gelation, crystallization, particles, and viscosity changes. ■ Visualization of Liquid Properties It measures the dielectric constant (CP) of the liquid and the Collo Ion Viscosity (CIV), a coefficient related to ColloidTek's proprietary ion viscosity, allowing for real-time detection of physical and chemical changes in the liquid using its unique liquid fingerprint technology. ■ Compatibility with a Wide Range of Liquids It can handle all types of liquids, from simple liquids like water and alcohol to complex liquids such as slurries, gels, emulsions, pastes, creams, as well as liquids mixed with solids or opaque liquids. ■ Real-Time Analysis By placing sensors directly in part of the manufacturing process, it is possible to continuously measure and analyze data in real-time. ■ Easy Maintenance Adopting non-contact technology using RF waves, it is not affected by particles in the liquid, requiring minimal maintenance.

For temperature monitoring of transformers, reliable temperature monitoring is possible without being affected by noise from EMI/RFI and high voltage environments.

OSENSA's fiber optic temperature sensor for transformers enables real-time temperature monitoring of transformers without being affected by noise in environments with EMI/RFI or high voltage. The basic configuration of this product consists of a temperature sensor probe, a transmitter, and software. The probe PRB-230 is designed for temperature measurement in oil-filled transformers and accommodates immersion and removal processes for various types of transformer oil. The transmitter is available in a type that can connect multiple probes with a single unit, allowing for simultaneous measurement of temperatures at multiple points.

While renewable energy (renewables) is becoming more widespread, the reality of the energy crisis has highlighted the world's continued heavy reliance on crude oil. This has prompted a reevaluation of the value of BEVs, revealing distinct regional differences in the market. While Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia are experiencing growth, the U.S. continues to see a contraction. In China, REEVs are also on the rise, and the movement towards a hydrogen society utilizing surplus renewable energy is accelerating.
