■IEC 62471 Evaluation UL is accredited as a CB testing laboratory for the international standard IEC 62471 concerning the photobiological safety of LEDs and lamps. We offer the following services based on the requests of manufacturers. <IEC 62471 Risk Group Determination for LEDs / Lamps> - We measure the spectral irradiance and spectral radiance of LEDs / lamps to determine the risk group for various hazards. - Deliverable: IEC 62471 evaluation report (using IECEE Official Test Report Form) - Accurately understanding the risk group of the radiation that can be exposed from the installed LEDs / lamps and the product is the first step in ensuring the safety of products equipped with LEDs / lamps.

About ROAD: The "Roundtable on the Purpose of Autonomous Driving (ROAD)" conference series has evolved into a unique platform for interdis-ciplinary dialogue and international collaboration in the field of autonomous driving and autonomous mobility. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry will publish "Guidelines on the Interpretation and Application of Civil Liability in AI Utilization" in April 2026, and the Ministry of Justice will also establish an expert meeting to examine civil liability related to unauthorized use of images and voices generated by AI in the same month. As the full enforcement of the AI Promotion Act and the revision of AI guidelines are underway, it is necessary to design and operate governance based on the potential responsibilities that may arise retrospectively. In this seminar, based on the guidelines from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and drawing on litigation practice experience as a judge and lawyer, we will organize the basic framework for assessing civil liability and explain fundamental methods for designing and operating governance based on risk analysis.
