"Inspection Master" is a paperless system that is rich in features for equipment inspections, including a ledger function. Anyone can easily register related materials such as Excel-based check sheets and PDF drawings, and efficiently input inspection results and photos paperlessly using tablet devices. This eliminates the hassle of re-entering data for report creation, allowing for quick sharing of acquired data within the company and enabling the use of that data for confirming abnormal situations and preventive maintenance through graphing numerical data. Our company's RFID (IC tags) and two-dimensional codes, including "Inmetal Tag," can also be integrated. This allows for the standardization of individual identification, which is fundamental to equipment management, and contributes to traceability management. Depending on the combination of the ledger and check sheets, it can be utilized for equipment inspections in factories and infrastructure, calibration inspections of measuring instruments, regular inspections of utilities, as well as after-sales service for products.

Vertex's "In-Metal Tag" is a metal-embedded RFID tag (IC tag). It is covered with stainless steel (SUS316), and the built-in tag is also waterproof, allowing for long-term use in harsh environments such as outdoors or where water, oil, and chemicals may be present. It can be read even when the target object is made of metal, and it can also be embedded in the surface of the object. For machinery, equipment, and jigs in environments where barcodes or QR codes are unsuitable and automatic recognition tools cannot be utilized, standardization of individual identification can be achieved, helping to address issues such as labor shortages and technology transfer. The tag is read using a dedicated Bluetooth-equipped handheld reader/writer, the "HXB-04 R/W." Additionally, related data linked with devices such as tablets or PCs can be checked and processed.
