At Itsuki Seiko Glass, we have developed filter glass substrates (IHU series) that have a transmission limit wavelength in the ultraviolet region and improved weather resistance against ultraviolet light.
Recently, we have successfully deposited dielectric multilayer films to create bandpass filters in the ultraviolet region, as shown in the chart (measured data).
