Adachi New Industry's IR cut filter can achieve extremely low ripple and high transmission rates in the visible light range. Additionally, by depositing dielectric multilayer films, it is possible to design sharp transitions from the cut-off band to the transmission band and from the transmission band to the cut-off band. 2) Custom design and customization available for desired wavelength range. We can design and deposit (coat) according to the customer's requested wavelength range. Control in the blocking range as well as the incident angle are also important factors. 3) Component support is also available. We can handle everything from substrate procurement to film deposition. It is also possible to cut into any shape and ship as components. However, we will need detailed drawings. 4) Measuring instruments. We will always attach a measurement chart upon shipment, so please rest assured. 5) Cleanroom compliance. The working environment is maintained in a cleanroom with the necessary cleanliness for each process from film deposition to inspection, ensuring a thorough system against minute film defects (such as foreign substances in the film).
