By inserting "hiTRAN" into the tubular heat exchanger, we can reduce fouling inside the tubes and achieve long-term operation!

The CALGAVIN-produced "hiTRAN" is a heat transfer enhancement element designed to improve the performance of heat exchangers, particularly intended for use in tubular heat exchangers. By inserting hiTRAN into the tube, turbulence is generated within the tube, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency. The benefits obtained from the hiTRAN heat transfer enhancement element are as follows: ✓ Improvement and enhancement of heat exchanger capacity ✓ Increase in tube-side heat transfer coefficient (up to 16 times) ✓ Reduction in heat exchanger surface area and weight ✓ Reduction in maintenance costs due to decreased fouling ✓ Energy savings due to reduced energy requirements ✓ Lower maintenance and installation costs As fouling inside the tube increases, the performance of the heat exchanger decreases, leading to more frequent cleaning.
