Special film manufacturing and extrusion lamination processing (development support, prototyping, contract production)

Utilizing the T-die extrusion technology we have developed over many years, we accept everything from development to contract production, even for small lots! Please feel free to consult us about any special resins or soft materials!

Do you have any experience with wanting to form fine shapes on the film surface, wanting to create a special compound resin into a film, having resin pellets but no film grade available, being turned down due to small lot sizes, being able to prototype but not mass-produce, being unable to film due to soft materials or tacky materials, or being unable to laminate in a clean room? If you have any issues with T-die extrusion, please consult us first. From prototyping with a small test machine to production with mass production machines, we will do our utmost to meet your needs! <General Environment> - Small extrusion test equipment with an effective width of approximately 210mm (single-layer to multi-layer, up to 3 types and 5 layers) - Mass production machines for extrusion lamination processing with effective widths from 620mm to a maximum of 2,150mm (multiple units) *Additional equipment: Co-extrusion, sand feed device, double-sided tandem, corona treatment, after corona, frame treatment, detectors, etc. <Clean Room> - Medium mass production machine with an effective width of approximately 650mm (single-layer) - Large mass production machine with an effective width of approximately 1,300mm (multi-layer) - Mass production machines for extrusion lamination processing with effective widths from 800mm to 1,400mm (AC treatment, sand feed device, single-sided tandem)

Biomass biodegradable film *Does not whiten at creases / Flexibility / High transparency

We have developed a film that modifies polylactic acid using our unique technology, imparting flexibility and heat resistance while maintaining a high biomass content (95%) and biodegradability!

We have developed a transparent and highly flexible film that contributes to reducing environmental impact through high biomass content and biodegradability. This film is modified polylactic acid (PLA) using our unique technology, maintaining transparency while achieving both flexibility and heat resistance. Additionally, its softness and excellent moldability help suppress whitening during folding processes. 【Features】 ■ Provides flexibility to normally rigid polylactic acid (PLA) ■ Contributes to reducing environmental impact with over 95% high biomass content and biodegradability ■ Can be utilized for packaging that takes advantage of visibility ■ Improves heat resistance from around 60°C to over 100°C *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us directly.

Anti-fouling film for marine organisms

Industry-leading functional anti-fouling film! Used in marine environments, it prevents contamination from marine organisms simply by being applied.

An anti-fouling film for marine organisms is a special film that has properties that make it difficult for marine organisms such as barnacles, crustaceans, mollusks, and algae (fouling organisms) to adhere in the ocean. By applying it to areas where marine fouling organisms are problematic, such as measuring instruments used in the ocean, marine sports equipment, fishing gear, boat bottoms, seawater intake areas, and structures where anti-fouling paint is difficult to apply, it becomes harder for fouling organisms to attach, and any minor adhesion can be easily wiped off, making maintenance easier. Additionally, since it has an adhesive film structure, you can choose between a strong adhesive type suitable for long-term use where peeling would be problematic, or a re-peelable type that can be applied and removed as needed, depending on the application.

[Seminar] Future Prospects of the Shipbuilding Industry

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Lecturer] Professor Hiroyuki Kato, Faculty of Sociology, Department of Social Policy Science, Hosei University [Key Lecture Content] In this lecture, I will introduce perspectives on the shipbuilding industry. Japan's shipbuilding industry has a long history and can be seen as a "microcosm" of Japanese industry. Within about ten years after World War II, Japan's shipbuilding industry became the world leader in construction volume, and at one point, the construction volume of the seven major domestic companies accounted for more than half of the world's share. Although it has since been surpassed in construction volume by latecomers such as South Korea and China, it still maintains a certain level of competitiveness. Reflecting on the path taken by the shipbuilding industry, which serves as a "microcosm," the reasons for its continued strength, and the challenges it currently faces may provide insights when considering the future of various Japanese industries. [Lecture Items] 1. Characteristics of the shipbuilding industry 2. Shipyards seen through photos and videos 3. The shipbuilding industry depicted in films 4. Why is it still strong? 5. Points to consider for future developments 6. Q&A / Business card exchange

[Seminar] Corporate Communication Strategies in the Era of Agent-type AI

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Maho Tanaka, Manager, Strategy Group, Business Consulting Division, Accenture Japan Ltd. [Key Lecture Content] AI is evolving beyond a mere tool for operational efficiency to become an entity responsible for execution, including information acquisition, comparison, judgment, contracts, and purchasing. As actions initiated by dialogues with general-purpose AI chatbots like ChatGPT become mainstream, corporate information is not reaching users directly, and the structure where decision-making and execution are completed on AI is rapidly expanding. In this lecture, based on this irreversible change, we will organize the reality that the competitive axis of companies is shifting from "appealing to consumers" to "how AI understands, selects, and executes." Furthermore, we will explain the key points of strategic transformation that management should consider in the era of agent-based AI, from organizing the information structure cited by AI to designing touchpoints that reclaim the initiative for judgment and execution for the company. [Lecture Items] 1. The impact of AI on information search and access 2. The impact on corporate marketing and communication 3. The ideal direction for corporate communication in the AI era 4. Introduction of our company’s case studies 5. Q&A session

[Seminar] "Professional Transformation" to "Live Newly" in the AI Era

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Andy Mochizuki, Director, Deloitte Tohmatsu TMT Division / Monitor Deloitte [Key Lecture Content] In an era where thinking is commoditized by AI, the source of value is determined not by "information" but by "existence," that is, "the meaning of your being." This course will start from the environmental changes surrounding the AI era, exploring the concept of redesigning work in a purpose-driven manner, the type of thinking required in the AI era (QADI cycle), and delving into the absolute differentiating factor that only humans possess—"embodiment." We will update our sense of purpose in the AI era and our collaborative relationship with AI, initiating a transformation to "live anew" from here. [Lecture Items] 1. Mapping Environmental Changes - "From the Era of Information Asymmetry to the Era of Existence Asymmetry" 2. Redesigning Work in a "Purpose-Driven" Manner 3. The "Thinking Models" Necessary in the AI Era 4. The "Body" as an Absolute Differentiating Factor 5. How to "Live Anew" in the Coming AI Era 6. Q&A / Business Card Exchange
