Study session on "What should startups and small businesses do to thrive?" - Entrepreneurship in rural areas (Session 5)

I started a startup and small business, but I don't know how to increase sales, and I would like to know what I should do for the company to take off! I want to become independent and start my own business in the future, but I want to learn how to create a valuable business. We are holding a study session to address such needs.
In the fifth session, we will conduct a study session on how startups and small businesses can succeed in rural areas. The speakers will be Mr. Kanzaki, who is well-known as "Laundry Hakase" in neighboring Nagasaki, and Mr. Nagao, who comes from a banking background and conducts entrepreneurship education in the region. Mr. Kanzaki has automated a long-established cleaning business, programmed a system comparable to Amazon, and achieved branding as Laundry Hakase. Mr. Nagao supported Mr. Kanzaki and is also engaged in entrepreneurship education in Nagasaki, currently being a leading researcher in this field. He will talk about the realities and challenges of entrepreneurship education in rural areas! Additionally, Mr. Oyama from Coatolie, who learned from both of them, will also be speaking. Please be sure to watch!
