This is a bridge that transmits operational information and surrounding images of industrial machinery, such as work vehicles and transport/manufacturing equipment, via wireless LAN. Traditionally, operational information and images collected using dedicated terminals and cameras were often transferred and stored via wired connections or external recording media, making it difficult to operate "moving" machinery without stopping it. This product utilizes wireless LAN to allow real-time monitoring of operational information on commercially available tablets and PCs from a distance, significantly improving on-site work efficiency while keeping the machinery in motion. This is a CAN/Wi-Fi bridge designed to transfer CAN communication, primarily used in automotive applications and also utilized in industrial equipment, to a computer or tablet in real-time via wireless LAN. By enabling remote monitoring of operating vehicles and various settings, it significantly improves the efficiency of on-site maintenance work. Furthermore, it can store the operational status of the vehicle in the built-in storage, allowing for quick cause analysis and early recovery in the event of an anomaly. This product has greatly enhanced processing capability and usability compared to previous models by refreshing the built-in CPU and various driver software.

• Wireless LAN

Temperature-extended AP-100AH access point with enhanced heat and cold resistance for long-distance wireless communication supporting IEEE 802.11ah.

The temperature-expanded AP-100AH(JP) is an access point that supports a temperature range of -20 to 60°C, making it suitable for harsher environments such as outdoor and industrial applications. One AP-100AH(JP) can cover a radius of 1 km and connect to a maximum of 647 clients.

• Wireless LAN

The first domestically produced 11ah compatible wireless bridge "EX-150AH" can extend the communication range of Wi-Fi devices up to 1 km.

The EX-150AH(JP) is a wireless bridge that utilizes the long-range communication standard IEEE 802.11ah (Wi-Fi HaLow) to extend the communication distance of existing Wi-Fi devices operating on the 2.4GHz/5GHz bands up to 1km. By supporting Wi-Fi 6, it allows easy connection of Wi-Fi devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops to the EX-150AH(JP) without the need for a separate relay device, enabling straightforward access to a long-range communication network using the 802.11ah access point. Additionally, the EX-150AH(JP) features a USB Type-C port for power input, allowing it to be powered by USB Type-C compatible mobile devices or portable batteries.
