Ray powder is rice flour created by "WORKROID agriculture," which started with the desire to stop the expansion of abandoned farmland. We are working on a system to maintain rice cultivation in small fields and irregularly shaped lands, where abandonment is a concern, by using robots to minimize labor. Moreover, while the consumption of "rice" has been decreasing year by year, "rice flour" is increasingly in demand as a versatile substitute for wheat flour in products like bread, cakes, and noodles, driven by rising health consciousness and soaring prices of imported wheat. "Raiko" is provided as trial rice flour to restaurants and other establishments nationwide.
