Fully automatic tube handler / Simplifying the handling of complicated vials!

The basic tube handler can implement the following functions: - Rear lay, reformat - Sample tracking (barcode) - Weighing - Labeling - Capping/decapping - Dispensing The BioMicroLab XL100 / XL200 accommodates tubes and vials up to 125mm in height. It is designed to allow for interchangeable pick heads, providing the flexibility to use the same device with different tubes and vials. Examples of compatibility: - 96, 48, 24, 12, 6 format SBS tube racks - Tubes or vials from 0.2 mL to 15 mL+ - 2 mL cryovials - 4 mL, 6 mL, 8 mL glass vials - Conical tubes (e.g., 15mL Falcon tubes) - Vacutainer blood collection tubes The BML XL200, with a large deck capacity of 30 racks, offers similar functions and performance as the XL100 (20 rack capacity) and is suitable for laboratories performing high-throughput processing or those requiring deck space for reagents, cleaning areas, and tip boxes.

The XL9 can accommodate 9 racks and is particularly suitable for labs that are just starting to automate or have limited tabletop space. The XL20 can hold 20 racks and allows for several hours of 'walk-away' time. It is an ideal product to be used as a benchtop robot alongside a fully automated sample warehouse. With the ability to label and weigh tubes, it achieves lab automation, reduces labor costs, and enhances experimental efficiency.
