This initiative aims to improve the preservation environment of equipment, including gas pipes, by suppressing temperature rises during the summer. Notably, this is the first adoption of the SPACECOOL Roof Shade in Hokkaido. In 2024, Hokkaido Gas will introduce the new material "SPACECOOL," developed and sold by our company, for approximately 350 outdoor remote monitoring control panels installed at the governor station. This aims to prevent thermal issues with precision equipment and avoid high-temperature alerts through zero-energy cooling. As a result, the objectives were achieved under high-temperature conditions in summer, maintaining stable operations. Based on these results, discussions are underway for the adoption of SPACECOOL in other facilities of Hokkaido Gas.
