This is a presentation tool that supports the efficiency of initial proposals and negotiations at logistics centers and warehouses in Japan. RaLC Pre recreates a realistic logistics environment by creating layouts within the warehouse and positioning and moving workers and forklifts in 3D. It also accommodates various manufacturers' material handling equipment, providing the necessary functions to consider the operational capacity of logistics centers in response to management, relocation plans, or future sales increases. Even those who are not computer-savvy can operate it comfortably, achieving differentiation proposals such as "acquiring shippers" and "clear presentations." Unlike RaLC, which is equipped with advanced simulation features, RaLC Pre can be used simply by selecting and placing a specialized library for logistics sites (including standard features like receiving, inspection, picking, sorting, and inventory) with mouse operations according to the usage scenario.

The logistics simulation software RaLC has completed operation verification and necessary modifications for Windows 7, and has now started offering an English version. Features for outputting DXF format files and importing Virfit files have been implemented, and pallet-related functions and tool features have also been enhanced. To utilize the results of the logistics ABC (Activity Based Costing) analysis for work improvement, we will input location data (such as product names and quantities) from the WMS (Warehouse Management System) into a model recreated on RaLC and conduct simulations using actual inbound and outbound shipping data.
