MACH ROTEC(R) grinding wheels are used in over 180 grinding applications, including automotive parts such as cams, gears, and crankshafts, the medical industry, roll grinding, and concave grinding. The Fluke ii905 industrial ultrasonic camera is equipped with 64 microphones and has a wide field of view, allowing maintenance personnel to quickly and accurately detect compressed air, gas, and vacuum leak points even in noisy environments. The 7-inch LCD touchscreen overlays SoundMapTM with visible images, enabling quick identification of leak locations. Its simple and intuitive interface allows for the removal of background noise and the separation of leak sound frequencies. Even during peak operational times, the entire factory can be inspected in just a few hours. The ii905 quickly and easily identifies areas needing air leak repairs, helping to maintain operational efficiency and reduce utility costs. Images can be saved and exported for report creation.
