[Seminar] Basics for New HR Staff

[Instructor]
Takahisa Saito, Human Resources Consultant, Saito Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Office
[Key Lecture Content]
The Human Resources department is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including "HR planning, recruitment and transfers, labor management, and skill development." These tasks require a high level of expertise and must be continuously learned. Additionally, there may be areas of insufficient understanding or experience among new employees regarding the tasks they have encountered. This seminar aims to establish a foundation in HR operations for new employees assigned to the HR department and for staff who wish to organize the knowledge and experience gained through on-the-job training.
The work of HR staff is closely related to employees' careers, supporting various stages from hiring to departure. We will track each stage of the career based on age. Furthermore, for those attending in person, meaningful information exchange is possible through questions and mutual confirmation.
